    Next up is my try at an English ESB Ale with Kveik Voss Yeast. Got My Grains and Hops all weighed out. Probably do it Wednesday Morning. I decided on the name since Lindesfarne is the 1st Contact between England and the Vikings. English Ale with Viking Yeast. Haha
