    <font style=”vertical-align: inherit;”><font style=”vertical-align: inherit;”>hhello Brewers, I need to cook on a 20,000 liter scale and the truth is I have never done something so big. any advice? how to achieve better efficiency? what yeast? I am looking to make a rice lager/ pallet lager/ Pilsener that is practical for me to make a commercial beer to enter the market with attractive prices. I would appreciate any guide</font></font>
