Best Grain Storage
Posted by Jack Campbell on January 12, 2021 at 2:12 pmWhat’s are you guys using to store your unmilled grains? Now that I got a mill I want to start buying 55lb sacks of base malts and storing them. I keep my brewing stuff inside my house. Thanks!

I keep mine in food grade plastic buckets with airtight gamma lids. I’ve never had any issues with moisture or pests.
Hi Jack! If you’re in the market for grain storage, our favorite option are the Vittles Vaults pet food containers. They’re food grade plastic and seal very well. They are also really easy to scoop grain from. Overall, we think they’re the best option for storing grain!
They’re about $40 each on Amazon: https://amzn.to/38DZd2l

Buckets with gamma lids. If Vittle vaults 60 lb containers weren’t so expensive I’d go that route.
