Hello everyone, I am wondering if you can change the posts (where the connectors on the lines) attach to a pin lock keg to make it a ball lock keg. Or do I have to buy a whole new keg?

You can just put ball lock posts onto a pin lock keg and it will work fine. Just make sure you have good seals/o-rings and check for leaks.

Hi Ramesh! Thanks for asking! You can absolutely convert a pin lock keg to a ball lock keg. I have actually done it myself! One of my keezers is small (only fits 2 full-size ball lock kegs) but I converted a pin-lock keg to blal lock which allows me to fit a third keg in it without needing a new collar. Here’s a link to the conversion kit we used – worked perfectly – https://amzn.to/2RPmzdd
