Fermenter Material?
We did a controlled experiment with glass vs. plastic for primary fermentation and found no difference between the two. Have you noticed any difference in your beer based on the material the fermenter is made from?

I usually do my primary in a plastic fermenting bucket and my secondary in a glass carboy, but now that I have two glass carboys, I did a batch using glass for both primary and secondary and did not notice any difference.
I have never noticed any difference in my beer based on the fermenter material. I have used all-glass, a few types of buckets, and I have a batch in a Big Mouth Bubbler now, and I have never been able to tell if it affected the beer in any way.
