    Fermentation Temperature

    I was reading somewhere that ales fermented at cooler temperatures (low 60’s) tend to come out better than when they are fermented at higher temps (70’s). I know that ales are pretty forgiving when it comes to temperature control, but has anyone noticed a difference based on fermentation temperature?
