I’ve been meaning to post this for a while because it turned out AWESOME and I wanted to give a plug to @hopofthemonthclub for sending me these super cool small farm hops to use! I had to modify the grain bill quite a bit because I couldn’t access the recommended grains, but this turned out really solid and if you can get the hops I recommend it!

I also really recommend checking out @hopofthemonthclub – it’s a really cool way to try new hops each month!

    Grain:
    9 lbs 2-row
    1 lb Vienna
    1 lb Caramel 10L
    1 lb Caramel 20L
    1 lb Munich

    70 minute mash at 152

    Hops:
    1/2 oz Zoso @ 45
    1/2 oz Zoso @ 30
    1 oz Crystal @ 15
    1 oz Crystal @ 2
    1/2 oz Crystal @ whirlpool
    1/2 oz Zoso @ whirlpool
    1/2 oz Crystal @ secondary
    1/2 oz Zoso @ secondary

Irish moss at 15 min (optional)

    US-05 yeast

Not saying there’s nothing I would change to the grain bill, but this was overall a super enjoyable beer and I recommend using it as a starting point to brew your own! Let me know if you can make it better, too! 🙂
