Brewing the same beer 3400 miles apart
This past Tuesday my Friend from the UK and I Brewed Identical Beers with the Same Strain of Kveik Hornindal Yeast that I Harvested and Dried. I sent him some Yeast and we worked out a recipe of Malts and Hops that were easily found by both of us. It went Great we both hit out Target within 0.002 of each others
